Return & Exchange Policy

Movies Leather Jackets makes sure to employ sheer craftsmanship, potential, and finest skills to manufacture and deliver all attires. Despite this, if a customer thinks there are major issues with the leather apparel and there are no chances to wear it, a customer can claim for the return or exchange. This can be done in compliance with the following Return or Exchange Policy.
If you find your product to be unsatisfactory and below the benchmarks of quality, you should reach out to us as soon as possible and tell us about any damages.
Besides the facility to exchange, we provide alteration services as well. In this way, you can get certain features of your jacket altered, at minimal prices between 115 and 140, as per the alterations required.
A request can be claimed within 30 days of receiving the order.
It remains our utmost priority to surpass all the scales of quality. In case there are genuine issues with your attire and you believe it is much better to return than exchange the attire, you can make a claim. This can be done if:
- the product is seriously damaged, spoiled or dented
- the delivered product is different from the one that was ordered
You can make a request for a refund within 7-10 days of receiving your order.
The Refund will be processed in accordance with the original payment method.
Please note than any return shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. Procedure of Claims and Requests
To request for exchange and return of your order, you should:
- Write us an email to inform us about your issue
- In doing so, ensure to specify all the details of your order and the issue, so we can identify your order history and our lacking
- Within 48 hours, one of our sales representatives will reach out to you
- Once your claim or request is accepted, Movies Leather Jackets will send you the warehouse details, so you can ship the order back to us.

In order to ensure your claim or request is accepted, you must keep attentive of the following points:
- Please make sure to return all our products in their original packaging
- Similarly, keep the tag attached to the product, so we are assured that the product belongs to Movies Leather Jackets
- If any product is worn or altered even once it cannot be returned or exchanged
- You should inspect your order very carefully before making a claim or request
- Currently, we do not accept claims for any jackets that are customized. This is because they are entirely according to your preferences and thus, cannot be delivered to another customer.
- It is advised that you do not accept any order if your sealed product is opened (blister, transparent boxes, etc).
